The villa offers 5 large luxury rooms, which includes one large studio, all with large attached ensuites. All rooms have an uninterrupted view of the Indian Ocean. The large sitting and dining room coupled with a well-equipped pantry, all overlooking the sea, provides the guest with large open areas. The swimming pool equipped with a Jacuzzi provides reasons to laze around.
The Villa is located 2km to the North of Hikkaduwa town on a wide stretch of beach. It is located 20 minutes from the Hikkaduwa exit of the Expressway.

All rooms have queen size beds, large ensuite bathrooms, individually controlled A/Cs, overhead fans, hot/cold water and hair dryers and balconies to enjoy the serendipity of the sea and the sunset. One Bedroom is on the ground floor with another three on the 2nd floor, with all rooms having an area of over 31 square meters. The fifth room with an area of over 50 square meters, on the 2nd floor stands alone, with its own private sitting and TV area, ideal to keep the children occupied.

Rates Include

A chef to prepare your meals. Rates are in US Dollars gross and non-commissionable.

Length of Stay

A minimum 2 night booking is required; 1 night bookings may be accommodated based on availability closer to the date of arrival.

Payment Policy

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% refundable deposit, balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is less than 30 days, the full amount shall be paid.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours from the time of your booking. Any cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival will only get a refund of 50%. Cancellations received after 7 days from the date of arrival shall incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Child Policy

Children upto 3 years sharing parents’ bed will be on a complimentary basis. Children between 3 to 6 years may share their parents’ bed. Children 6 years and above are considered adults for pricing purposes.


An in-house cook is provided. Guests can provide the required groceries and have the local Chef prepare sumptuous meals (limited menu) or the Guests can take over the well equipped kitchen and cook to their hearts desire, and may be invite the host!.
Or you can buy your own sea food direct from a Boat docked at the Hikkaduwa Fisheries Harbour, only 2kms.

Whist the Guests seeking a quiet holiday can just relax, those seeking adventure can take a 2 KM tuktuk ride to the hustle and bustle of the world famous Hikkaduwa beach locally called Hikka or visit world famous heritage listed, Galle Fort, which is only 30 minutes by car or even by tuktuk. Hikka beach, one of the most popular and dynamic resort in Sri Lanka, famous for wind surfing, offers beach side cafes and restaurants, offering various international dishes to suit the palate of the traveler.
Hikka and its surrounding areas offer plenty of opportunity for you to immerse yourself in local customs, nightlife, and adventure.

Seenigama Devale(temple)

The famous SeenigamaDevale, known for its mystic, is just one minute walk. The various rituals, conducted, for which many travel from all parts of Sri Lanka, would definitely amaze you and stimulate your sensory perceptions!

Galagoda Shailatharama viharaya

Pass cinnamon plantations as you travel 300ft above sea level to visit the temple that houses the largest reclining Buddha statue in South Asia. Enjoy breathtaking views from the top of this hill.

Shaila bimbaramaya MahaViharaya

One the finest of the island' Southern temples. Sailabimbaramaya Temple is shrouded in myths and legends. This temple of Dodanduwa was found in the year 1797 and this temple was given its name due to the presence of two 'Granite Statues' of the Buddha.


Hikkaduwa is famous for its diving and corals. Various dives such as wreck dives, night dives and trips for the adventurous. The diving season usually is from November to April. Two diving schools are situated two minute walk from the Villa.


Hikkaduwa is a renowned for its surfing and has many surfers from Australia, UK, Japan, US flocking every season. Surfing in the Hikkaduwa well known and there are four main surf points in Hikkaduwa with waves going up to 10 feet. Surf boards can be conveniently rented from any water sports centrefor the amateur.

The Turtle Hatchery

The Sea Turtle Farm and Hatchery is a non-profitable organization which is maintained for the survival of Sea Turtles for the next generation. You will be amazed by the efforts undertaken by the conservation farm to protect these species. The closet hatchery is only a 10 minute walk.
